How to Order Custom-Made Clothing

Step 1. Choose a model from the catalog

Go to our catalog and choose the style, fabric, and design you like. You can use the photos of finished products, fabric types, and interior styles as a guide.

Step 2. Take your measurements

For curtains:

  1. Curtain rod width - measure the length of the rod from edge to edge.
  2. Height from the curtain rod to the floor - measure from the top edge of the rod to the floor. Subtract 1–2 cm so the curtains don’t drag on the floor.
  3. If the curtains are floor-length with a hem - add 10–20 cm to the height.
  4. Niche depth (if the curtains are inside the window opening)-measure the depth of the window.
  5. Curtain width = curtain rod width × gathering factor (drape width); for example, if the curtain rod is 2 m and the gathering factor is 1.5 m, then the curtain width should be 3 m.

For the tulle:

  1. The length of the sheer fabric is usually equal to the height of the curtains or slightly shorter.
  2. Width of the sheer fabric = width of the curtain rod × gathering factor (1.5–2.5 for voile, 2.0–3.0 for organza).
  3. Important: Measure each window separately - even adjacent windows may differ by a few millimeters.

Step 3. Contacting the online store manager:

  • Finalizing order details
  • Verifying and adjusting measurements (if necessary)
  • Agreeing on the final price and timeline
  • Issuing an invoice
  • Once all details have been agreed upon - 100% prepayment.

Returns - items made to custom measurements are not eligible for return or exchange
