The curtain has a universal curtain heading tape for hanging on a curtain rod using hooks. Hooks are not included.

Regular vacuuming with a soft nozzle helps prevent dust from settling into the fabric. For deeper cleaning, follow the care instructions for the specific material.

Some fabrics are machine washable at low temperatures, while others should be dry cleaned. Always follow the care instructions to maintain shape and drape.

If you are unsure about your measurements, please send them to us. We will review the dimensions with you and help clarify or adjust them before the order goes into production.

Custom-made curtains are not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Please make sure that all measurements and order details are carefully confirmed before production.

For custom-made curtains and sheers, the entire process - from order confirmation and payment to delivery to the customer - takes approximately 2 weeks on average.

For ready-made products, delivery is usually faster and typically takes around 5-7 business days.
