Pinigų grąžinimo politika

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Original Condition

The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging; show no signs of use; and must not have been hung on a curtain rod or otherwise installed. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Customer Complaint

To initiate a return, the customer must send a complaint email to info@textile-contact.eu.
The email must include:

  • Order number;
  • Reason for return;
  • Contact information.

Photo Confirmation

The complaint email must include photos of the item confirming that it has not been used and that both the item and its packaging are intact.

Request Verification

After receiving the email, we will verify the request and confirm whether the return is possible. The customer will receive a response with instructions for shipping.

Return Address and Shipping Terms

Returns are made to the address provided in the response email.
Primary address: P. Vileišio g. 18A, Vilnius, 10306 Vilniaus m. sav.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Period

Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receiving the item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order.
